JINX

In the ancient history of Yunnan there was a story that always make people scared when face with that, It was  a box.  A box that can take soul or something from human who want to exchange something for what they want.

                The story begin when a digger found the box after he dig for many hours on the rock mountain Guan Yu. The old man was lived with his family; his wife, two sons and a daughter. His life was so hard, everyday he always dig rock on the mountain to get something called gold, but it hard to get the gold, the place was so far and the chance was so really impossible but when he can’t get that he search for another  stone, sell the stones just for rice for all members of his family.

                One day the man, confused when his family was get sick for a couple of days, he desperate because he can’t do something, the old man said “What a pity of me, I can’t do something anymore, what I have to do”. The old man was so dark. Like always he dig on the mountain. When he dig, his hoe hit something. Ctink.! Whats that ! The old man reply. And suddenly he found a box and not think to long he  go to the market to sell it. “Maybe if I sell this I can get money, so I can give medicine and food”. But on the way he crush and the box was open. “Ouch, my leg”. He said. And the box was open, and there was a jinx out from the box, “What do you want?” The Jinx Said. “What I want?” The man asked. “What do you want?” the jinx replied again. “I want money to cure my family” the man said. “Of course, something for something” the jinx replied and shout a magic word.

After the deal, the man get bunch of money and he run to buy medicine and food for his family, when he come in his house he give food and the medicine. A few days later his family was back to well condition. And the man think “If I can get what I want, so I can get everything”. The man asks the jinx, “Jinx” he call. And the Jinx appeare and said” What do you want?”. The man happily said, “I want gold, I many of gold in my house”. And then the Jinx replied “Of course, something for something”. And his house change into gold. He suprised, “I can’t believe it, it happen”. But his wife tell “Oh my husband please stop, don’t be greedy, it was fake”. But the man didn’t care.

A weeks later, the man was absolutely happy, he have everything he want. But suddenly the Jinx come out and said, “Something for something”. The Old man doesn’t know what it mean. So he just do it everything with his new life.

                But he realise if his family was gone, he scared, “Why, what happen?” the Old man said. He can’t imagine if something will happen like this, for two years he live alone with all he want but without his family. He cried and regret for anything he did.

                And when he nearly become crazy he ask the Jinx, “jinx, do it !” and the Jinx replied, “Of course, something for something”. And his family come back, and the wife get a paper on his hand.

                I can’t imagine if will happen like this

                I didn’t realise everything I got was just a fake.
